President Joe Biden on Friday touted Intel's announcement of a new semiconductor pts terbaik sumatera factory in the heartland to mitigate the supply chain crisis - then once again scolded reporters for asking off-topic questions.

Biden spoke about factory at the White House Friday, backed by Ohio Sens.

Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown - a Republican and a Democrat, respectively.

'America invented these chips,' Biden said, noting that three-quarters of production has now moved to East Asia. He also noted how essential they are to modern cars - which make up a third of recent inflation increases.

But the president couldn't hold back from knocking the media at the end of his remarks - his latest public comments since a very rough two-hour press conference Wednesday, which included a discussion of Ukraine that later required a substantial cleanup effort. 

'And by the way, the reason we're not going to have any time for questions now, as these guys got to get quickly on a plane, and go out and do a major announcement in Ohio.

And you guys will ask me all about Russia, not about anything having to do with chips,' Biden complained.
