April 4 (Reuters) - Tesla Inc CEO Elon Musk on Monday disclosed a 9.2% stake in Twitter Inc, making it his first investment in a publicly listed company that he has not founded.
Musk's passive stake in the micro-blogging platform is valued at about $2.9 billion. His net worth is nearly $300 billion, according to Forbes.
