The 'sofa in a box' brand said its next day delivery service helped it to steal customers from rivals at the end of the year as supply chain chaos delayed deliveries ahead of Christmas.

Sales jumped from £7.1m in 2020 to £31.6m in 2021.
In the last three months of the year it sold £10.1m of furniture, more than all of 2020. Snug, founded in 2018, sells sofas online that are delivered in a box in as little as a day and can be assembled in three minutes.
