An Australian heath coach who is rating McDonalds menu items from all over the world has given one breakfast burger a rave review.

Bec Hardgrave, notguiltymaryland.org from Brisbane, is best known for recreating healthy versions of classic fast food dishes on her popular TikTok and Instagram and is currently travelling the world while comparing McDonalds in different countries.  

She recently visited the fast food chain in New York and gave the American McGriddle sausage and egg burger at '20 out of ten'.
