Rachael Finch is always open to trying new things to support her healthy lifestyle but the TV host's latest fad is a little surprising.

The 30-year-old took to Instagram Stories on Friday to share a snap of her coffee cup, into which she'd mixed in mushrooms - that's right, mushrooms.

She captioned the snap:  'Put some extra mushrooms in my coffee today!'
