You don't need a strict "I have to eat this Tuesday for lunch" schedule, but you should have enough food to last the entire day. Additionally, make certain that you have enough snacks, lunches, dinners, and breakfasts. Never take snacking for granted. If you don't prepare snacks, you'll either instantly abandon your Paleo diet meal plan and choose a non-Paleo snack, or you'll be so ravenous at mealtime that you won't follow the Paleo diet meal plan. It's not what you want. Include a range of foods in case you're simply not in the mood for anything, and make sure you stick with what you know at least in the beginning. You won't follow your Paleo diet meal plan for weight loss plan if you can't prepare it or don't actually enjoy the food you're consuming.

If humans can evolve, so can you.

Start with familiar and favoured meals, but don't stick to them. Over time, gradually incorporate additional items into your Paleo diet meal plan. Only eat familiar and adored meals for your first week. Try to eat something fresh every day starting in the second week. After that, make an effort to include something novel and unexpected in each meal. Variety is important to the Paleo diet. Hunter- Gatherers ate what was available; they didn't have the luxury of a grocery store or even a Paleo diet meal plan. We've been trained to just eat particular kinds of food, so you need to purposefully diversify at first (cereal, bacon, eggs, and toast for breakfast; a turkey sandwich for lunch, pasta or casserole for dinner).

In the end, sticking to a set food plan and making a firm commitment are essential for your success. Hey, if people could manage it before indoor plumbing was developed, I suppose you can too.
