Sunbed wars have been raging across the continent this summer, with holidaymaykers on the Costa del Sol queueing for two hours and using their children to race ahead of older tourists to secure a spot. 

But Laura Lowe, 31, from Bristol may have just found a 'genius' way of avoiding waking up early to beat frenzied crowds for a comfortable spot to soak up the sun.  

Taking to her TikTok account @laurajaynelowe, she posted a video explaining to her 7,000 followers how she came up with an innovative hack to avoid the 'sunbed war' taking place at her Costa del Sol hotel. 

The mother advised fellow sun worshippers to pack a must-have item when jetting off on holiday - an inflatable, portable sunbed.
