The TV presenter, 50, who has interviewed the actor, 53, in the past, discussed the actor's temperament with her co-host Ben Shephard on Thursday's episode.
Ben, 46, said: 'Daniel Craig can be notoriously shy at sort of moments like this. In the past, when you interview him, he can be difficult.
